Rise & Reclaim is a 3-month guided lifestyle and mindset support program designed specifically for individuals recovering from HSCT (Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant) for autoimmune disease. This is not a medical protocol or a replacement for your medical team. It is a complementary path to help you rebuild mentally, emotionally, and physically — reconnecting with your purpose, resilience, and health from the inside out.
